Deacon’s New South joins other local, Nashville restaurants by participating in Nashville’s Restaurant Week January 21-27.

The menu will be available for dinner January 21-27.

Three course Meal $45

FIRST COURSE

Potato Soup
bacon, crisp brioche, crème fraîche

Bibb Salad
Mimi’s smoked blue cheese, pickled red onion

Pimento Cheese and Deviled Ham Gougeres

Pair with Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc

SECOND COURSE

Bucksnort Trout
white beans, baby kale, preserved lemon gremolata

Bobwhite Quail
Sea Island red peas, rice grits, cornbread crouton

Bear Creek Farm Top Sirloin
duchess potatoes, baby swiss chard, sauce bordelaise

Bone-In NY Strip
dry-aged ($12 supplement)

Pair with Ken Wright Pinot Noir
